The diploma thesis aims at analyzing Miss Claire Ltd., a distributor of perfumes and cosmetic goods. The situation of external and internal environment is described based on Porter Value Chain, indicators of financial analysis, PESTE and SWOT matrix. GE model and BCG matrix serve as complementary tools. All suggested strategies fulfill SMART criteria as well as strategic goal of Miss Claire Ltd, which is achievement of profitability and stabilization of market position.

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the strategic management of the contributory organization DDM Helceletova. The main goal of the thesis is to propose an appropriate strategy for the selected organization based on the analysis of the external and internal environment. The literature search lists similar organizations and outlines the characteristics of the non-profit sector. The empirical part includes a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment of the selected non-profit organization at macro and micro levels, which leads to the identification of the factors underlying the strategies as indicated in the SWOT, IE and SPACE matrices. Based on these strategies, a strategic plan for the company is proposed, including consideration of possible risks of implementation. Furthermore, the paper proposes the method and timetable for the implementation of the developed strategy.

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is a socio-economic analysis of the com-pany and the identification of specific factors of its development after the change of the company's management in the field of business activities. In the theoretical part I characterize the tools of analysis of the external and internal environment of the company, the technique of qualitative and quantitative research and the motivation of the workers. In the empirical part I analyze the internal documents of the firm. I introduce the company under study, its history, organizational structure, economic results and socio-economic specifics over the past seven years. In this part I will discuss the bankruptcy-bonite model of IN05, horizontal and vertical analysis of the in-come statement and ratio analysis using profitability, activity, liquidity and debt ratios. For the social analysis of employee satisfaction, I will use the questionnaire-research method as well as interviews with current and former employees of the company. In conclusion, I will try to summarize the specifics of Unilin Czechia s.r.o. and propose recommendations to reduce possible risks of future losses. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation of the financial and social situation of the company in times of extraordinary social events.
Business plan of founding a tennis school

Title: Business plan of founding a tennis school Target: Target of the work is to set up a business plan for founding a tennis school in Prague, which should with using methods mentioned below bring the answer for essential question about space on the trade for this kind of business and it's potential rentability. Method: During processing thesis were used this methods: description (document analysis), interview with methodist of Czech Tennis Association Mrs. Jana Srnisková, written inquiries on candidates of second grade of tennis coaching, Porter five forces analysis, PESTEL analysis, competition analysis and SWOT analysis, which has helped to detect strenghts and weaknesses of tennis school and on the other hand provided evaluation of opportunities and threats analysed from external point of view. Results: The results should approach the problematic of founding tennis school in real conditions of TJ Sokol Horní Počernice. In final evaluation we can state, that in terms of exclusivity, courts will be used only with one tennis school - tennis school of Hroní Počernice. Despite the large amount of competition of tennis schools we could consider this business as profitable business. Keywords: Trade business, analysis, competiton, SWOT analysis, marketing mix.

Janovská, S., Draft of strategic alternatives for family viticulture. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The aim of the thesis is to propose strategic alternatives for further development of a small family business on the basis of an analysis of the external and internal environment. Of all the strategies proposed, those that are considered the most appropriate are chosen. The theoretical part consists of specialized literature dealing with the given issue. The results of the chapter deal with the analysis of the external and internal environment. Opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the business are identified. In conclusion, the SWOT matrix proposes strategic alternatives from which the most suitable are chosen.

Lamař, Filip. Proposal of appropriate strategy for insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of suitable strategies for the insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and own research). In the first part, the literature review, theoretical knowledge is interpreted as well as conclusions from studied literary sources in the field of study, which are subsequently used in the second part of the thesis. In the second part, the own research, the analysis of the external and internal environment of the discussed company are realized. The analysis identifies opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The result of the thesis is the proposal of suitable strategy using the SWOT matrix, from which is one strategy selected and evaluated.

Title: Business plan of establishingt a golf academy Target: The aim of this disertation is to formulate a business plan of establishment of a golf school in Prague-East and compilation of a comprehensive systém of trainings for all age groups and whether it is viable to implement this business plan in practice. Method: There were used the following methods in this thesis: descriptive analysis, Porter's five forces model, PESTEL analysis, competitive analysis, and SWOT analysis. Results: The results of the business plan demonstrate its real use in practice, which is proved and analyzed through the financial analysis of the projected revenues. The location in Říčany is very suitable for this type of business due to the minimal competition in the sector and the constant population growth there. Of the proposed strategies are economical evaluated the most convenient strategies. Theoretical part is composed of technical literature which is dealing with the topic. In chaptur results are founded by the analysis opportunities, threats, strenghta and weaknesses. By the SWOT matrix are proposed strategies. Selected strategies are economical evaluated according to requirements and needs of the company.
